 Reviewing a will is an integral part of planning for the future. We know that it takes thought and time, which is why we provide both the resources and knowledge to aid in the conversation. We work directly with your lawyers from the onset or provide a recommendation if you have yet to select one. We also often act as the executor or Trustee of the Testamentary Trust. 

For trusts, we incorporate the ‘Trust Trifecta’ - full fiduciary trustee services, investment management, and aiding in preparing/filling all requisite Federal and State tax documents. Recognizing that the necessity of a trust depends on the client, we evaluate each client’s circumstance and goals before recommending any form of trust. We manage all types, including Charitable Annuity Trusts (CRAT’s), unit trusts (CRUTS), etc.
